Cary brings more than twenty years in executive search with multinational and boutique search firms including Christian & Timbers, Executive Alliance and Chestnut Hill Partners.Her diverse client base ranges from large multinational conglomerates to the venture capital community.
Cary has a strong generalist background and has successfully completed searches in media, technology, health care, manufacturing, defense, automotive, consumer packaged goods, retail, and diversified financial services. Her experience spans all functional disciplines from general management to marketing, sales, finance, R&D and operations at executive and management levels.Ms. Morrill has completed search assignments in Europe, Latin America and the Pacific Rim.
Prior to entering the search profession, Cary spent ten years in management consulting with Arthur D. Little and International Data Corporation She began her career in sales and marketing with Distribution Management Systems and Praeger Publishers.
Cary holds a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin and an M.A. from Columbia University, and has written numerous reports and articles on emerging technologies. She is a mentor through the Center for Women’s Leadership Program at Babson College and MIT’s Venture Mentoring Service and coaches women entrepreneurs through the Center for Women and Enterprise’s VC 101 program. Cary is a member of the New Art Center Board of Directors and sits on the Advisory Boards for Design that Matters and WorkWise Executives.
