Mike Fisher, Ph.D. Mike is a medicinal chemist with over ten years experience in research, project management and consulting. He began his scientific career at DERA (now DSTL) Porton Down developing optical biosensors for the detection of toxins and pathogens. Moving from research to management, Mike helped develop the biotech cluster in the Northwest of England and became a founder of the NorthwestGeneticsKnowledgePark. He has extensive experience with internationalising biotech companies and has helped a number of biotechs win business and develop partnerships overseas. Until recently Mike was with UKTI in BostonUSA as the British Government’s North American advisor on life sciences, where he developed extensive senior contacts in the pharma, biotech and medtech industries.Mike is the theme manager for bionano/nanomedicine within the Nanotechnology Knowledge Transfer Network and business development director for Bio Nano Consulting Ltd, a joint venture between ImperialCollege and University College London. Wilson, Esq. Dave, a veteran software entrepreneur, is the founder and President of BrandCaster Media, Inc., originator of the SideVu ChannelBar concept of integrated affinity-based Internet marketing. Previously he was President of Gateway Associates, Inc., a business advisory firm established to work with small to mid-sized companies in the areas of restructuring, strategic planning, capital formation, deal structuring, strategic partnering, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to forming Gateway, he was Managing Director of the Golden Gate Development and Investment Fund, a venture capital fund organized in Taiwan for the purpose of investing in US high technology companies.
